The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is inviting qualified professionals, consultant firms and/or teams to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide concept validation, planning, and cost estimating consulting services for a 14 gate replacement passenger terminal and related support facilities at the Hollywood Burbank Airport. The MBS International Airport Commission will accept proposals for the operation and management of on-airport rental car concessions. The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Airport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport. Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Request For Proposal (RFP) materials released by the Port of Seattle on July 7, 2017. The Port will provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease, as well as, conduct an informational session for those businesses. The Birmingham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is seeking a highly qualified firm or team of firms (each, a “Respondent”), to provide Professional Architectural-Engineering Consulting Services associated with the development of an ARFF station. The FAA recommends that the Birmingham Airport Authority (BAA) pursue full ownership and operation of all ARFF services and equipment. In compliance of such recommendation, the BAA is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittals for the design and on site resident inspection services of this perspective facility at the Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport, Birmingham, Alabama. This four (4) bay ARFF station will house all the ARFF personnel and equipment needed to comply to meet index C requirements under 14 CFR Part 139. Upon completion of this facility it will allow for improved efficiency and transparency on future safety and certification inspections of all ARFF services at the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport.
