SENIOR AVIATION PROJECT MANAGER

Our project managers lead project teams in the delivery of architecture, engineering and planning services on a wide range of facility types such as airport buildings, local, state and federal government facilities, industrial facilities, university buildings, and specialty facilities. Responsibilities include: managing projects of all sizes for scope, schedule and budget; leading and coordinating the resources and activities of project teams; maintaining client contact; participating in strategic and operational marketing activities; preparing scoping documents, pricing and fee estimates; drafting contracts. Travel will be required.
HOSPITALITY & CONCESSION MANAGER

Position Overview The Hospitality & Concessions Manager will be the primary contact for third parties who have commercial agreements (non-aeronautical revenues) with Future Stewart Partners (FSP/AvPORTS) at the Airport, whether tenants or concessionaires within the terminal, and ensures that the existing commercial business is handled smoothly and efficiently.
AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Entry level position. Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements, including responding to airport alerts, snow removal, recording of aircraft movements, performing airport and security inspections. Duties include airside and landside inspections, periodic safety and quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility and fueling operations, safety and environmental compliance, emergency response, NOTAM management, wildlife management, and communications duties on an as-needed basis. Communications duties include security system monitoring, responding to Operations and Security related issues.
AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements including but not limited: Perform airfield inspections and maintain records of all aeronautical areas including pavement, markings, lighting, safety areas, wildlife mitigation, construction, emergency equipment, and fueling practices. Responsible for snow removal operation and aircraft rescue and fire fighting on assigned shifts. Maintain and record aircraft activities during the assigned shift. Represent the Airport Manager in routine operational matters. Coordinate construction and maintenance activities on or near the facility to ensure airport safety standards and maintain operational status. Maintain airport security standards of FAR Part 1542 and the Airport Security Plan. Assist the Airport Operations Manager in training and development of the operations staff. Responsible for individual assigned duties and special projects. Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Airport Terminal Building Complex. Assist in professionally answering the noise complaint phone, involving citizen complaints and compiling data.
