The City of Idaho Falls is accepting applications for an Airport Administration Manager to assist the Airport Director in the administrative management of the Airport in order to maintain a safe, secure and efficient facility that complies with Federal, State and local regulations and special assignments and projects as directed. This position develops departmental administrative goals with Airport Director; recommends policies and procedures to Director; implements approved policies and procedures. Assists the Director in planning and managing administrative and fiscal activities for the Airport and ensures that administrative offices and processes run smoothly including: Reconciles monthly accounting records and reviews all receiving reports; assist in administering capital projects and departmental budget; tracks Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants, Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) and other capital projects utilizing appropriate processes and software.
