INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

This individual will deliver and maintain complex information and telecommunications networks and systems to support the Airports' commitment to elevate the air travel experience. AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Act as a direct representative of airside, terminal and landside management to support the County's Airport Operations functions. Ensures compliance with federal regulations pertaining to airports. Manages the airports FAA Part 139 and TSA training programs; facilitates FAA/TSA required training. Implements and ensures compliance with federal regulations pertaining to airport operations, safety, certification, wildlife hazard management, and security under FAA Part 139 and TSA 1542. Oversees/updates ACM, ASP, and airport policies/procedures. Responds to airfield incidents and recommends closures and reopening of airfield as necessitated by weather/emergency conditions. Coordinates investigations/responses to security violations/breaches in accordance with ASP. Evaluates and implements airside, terminal, and landside closures and/or restrictions; communicates with airlines and tenants to mitigate operational impacts of maintenance repair work or construction. Conducts airfield and airport facility inspections to ensure compliance; monitors and evaluates runway conditions during snow and ice conditions; issues condition advisories via NOTAM Manager and/or verbal communications.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, RISK & SAFETY MANAGEMENT
Manage and direct assigned risk management and loss prevention programs that include, but are not limited to, insurance programs (liability, property, workers compensation, etc.), insurance claims management, business continuity, claims litigation, indoor air quality, damage recovery, and insurance compliance (airlines, tenants, contractors). Lead insurance renewals process and oversee Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Coordinate development of insurance requirements in compliance with policy for contracts. Evaluate events for compatibility with business practices and within scope of acceptable risk. Maintain construction standard insurance programs for all new and renovation construction projects. Supervise employees in assigned area.
DEPUTY DIRECTOR, AVIATION SECURITY OPERATIONS
Directs the development, implementation, management and administration of Aviation Security activities, audits, security rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and revisions and maintenance of the TSA-approved Airport Security Program, and to ensure an integrated approach between law enforcement and security for the safe and efficient operation of Logan International Airport, Hanscom Field, Logan Office Center, Worcester Airport and all aviation facilities.
SAFETY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Risk Management and Safety, the Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating and carrying out the safety program for the Airport Authority, with duties primarily related to non-airfield activities. This person will implement a program to certify all employees understand and follow safety requirements and conduct themselves in a secure manner through training, awareness, education and professional development for the organization.
ASSISTANT DEPUTY DIRECTOR - FLEET SERVICES
Under the general direction of the Deputy Director of Maintenance and Fleet Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Wayne County Airport Authority’s fleet program, which includes automotive, heavy equipment and other associated machinery. In this position you will have the opportunity to develop, administer and manage a robust fleet management program including telematics and asset management systems. While working closely with relevant Authority departments, you will be responsible for evaluating the vehicle and equipment needs of varied users, assessing automotive market data, investigating vehicle buying and developing bid specifications for selection of vehicles and equipment.
ASSISTANT AIRPORTS PROPERTIES MANAGER
Develops and prepares contracts, leases, concessions, permits and other documents for Palm Beach County’s four airports. Assists in the management of airport properties and concessions and in implementation of the Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. Requires extensive contact with potential and existing tenants, concessionaires, permitees, airport construction and consulting firms, DBE/ACDBE firms and the public and in coordinating with other County departments.
