The City of Amarillo is accepting requests for qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms interested in providing professional engineering and architectural services at Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport (RFQ 01-14). Subject to future receipt of federal funding under the FAA AIP, potential projects may include the expansion and improvements of runways, taxiways, aprons, and commercial airport facilities such as passenger terminals at. The City of Amarillo encourages and invites the participation of Disadvantage Business Enterprises (DBEs) in this service. A qualifications based selection process conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D will be utilized to select the most qualified firm. The City of Amarillo reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities or formalities, and to reject any or all submission of qualifications. The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting a series of workshops and business informational meetings for retail operators and other interested parties, including ACDBE, DBE and small business operators and potential retail suppliers, in preparation for the release of a competitive request for proposals (RFP) for the Terminal 4 retail concession opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to attend to learn about the procurement process and receive an overview of the retail program. This RFP will offer between 14 and 18 contracting opportunities for specified retail operations in Terminal 4. No food and beverage concession opportunities are available at this time. The Rapid City Regional Airport is requesting proposals from interested parties for a Retail, News and Gift Concession for the terminal building of the airport. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM MDT, September 16, 2014. Airport Authority (Authority) Purchasing and Materials Management Division is currently accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to market, develop, manage, and operate an innovative, state-of-the-art advertising concession rogram at Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Request for Proposals Number (RFP) 14/15-03. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County (Ky.) Airport Board is inviting the submittal of written qualifications from consultants with airport experience interested in providing parking concessionaire consulting services. The qualifications will be received until 10 a.m. local time Sept. 2, 2014, at the office of the Financial and Properties Analyst, Blue Grass Airport, 4000 Terminal Drive, Suite 206, Lexington, KY 40510. After completion of a review process the board proposes to execute a parking consultant agreement. The Charleston County (S.C.) Aviation Authority is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for the holdroom and public areas at Charleston International Airport (terminal building).
