The Monroe County (N.Y.) Airport Authority will receive proposals from qualified firms to provide a turnkey consolidated airport operations management system at Greater Rochester International Airport. The Spokane International Airport Board is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide an Airport Property/Revenue Management Software (APRMS) system which shall include accounts receivable, cash receipting, implementation and training. The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting a series of workshops and business informational meetings for retail operators and other interested parties, including ACDBE, DBE and small business operators and potential retail suppliers, in preparation for the release of a competitive request for proposals (RFP) for the Terminal 4 retail concession opportunities. The Salt Lake City Department of Airports is inviting proposals from qualified firms to operate and provide a full-service fixed base operator at Salt Lake City International Airport. The Louisville (Ky.) Regional Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from companies to provide services for three years relating to customer satisfaction measurement and reporting. The company shall assist the authority’s public relations department in connection with services relating to a comprehensive research program to evaluate customer satisfaction and provide measurement and reporting data in the manner and frequency as specified in the proposal documents.
