The Town of Mammoth Lakes is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants for preparation of a FAA Disparity Study for Mammoth Yosemite Airport. Consultants should be familiar with FAA and State funding programs and requirements. The required report must satisfy the FAA’s typical Disparity Study Requirements. Due to the airport’s remoteness and the resulting relative scarcity of available consultants, contractors, and others, it is possible FAA may not require the Study to include a typical level of detail. Irrespective of the possibility the final scope of services may not be as extensive as a more typical effort; the consultant selection will be made based on the consultant’s qualifications and experience preparing FAA compliant Disparity Studies. Responses to this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) are due at 4:00 PM, Thursday, August 25, 2016. For a complete RFQ please contact Brian Picken, Airport Manager via e-mail: email@example.com; or phone: 760-965-3621.
