The City of Phoenix Aviation Department anticipates issuing a revenue contract solicitation (RCS) for taxicab services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in fourth quarter of 2016. Palm Beach County Department of Airports, the operator of Palm Beach County Airports, is seeking qualified firms or individuals to respond to a request for proposals (RFP) for the lease and development of up to 9.98+ acres of vacant land at Palm Beach International Airport, which shall include, at a minimum, a hotel and may include other compatible commercial uses (RFP No. PB-16-6). The County of Santa Barbara, Calif., invites consultants to submit qualifications to provide planning, engineering and consulting services as part of the five-year Airport Capital Improvement Program (ACIP) for Santa Ynez Valley Airport. The county hereby notifies all responders that it will affirmatively ensure that small and minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and that no firm will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin. The first ACIP project’s purpose is to design the airfield safety grading around the runway and taxiways; the total project cost is approximately $920,000. Similar, future projects are anticipated as part of the five-year ACIP. Deadline 3 p.m. Oct. 26, 2016. The Louisville (Ky.) Regional Airport Authority (LRAA) is inviting proposals from qualified, creative and financially sound proposers to enter into an in-terminal display advertising concession agreement for the exclusive right and privilege to finance, design, construct, operate and manage a first-class, high-quality in-terminal display advertising concession in certain designated areas of the landside and airside buildings at Louisville International Airport. The Connecticut Airport Authority is seeking qualified firms to manage, operate, maintain and develop three of its general aviation airports (Groton-New London, Hartford-Brainard, Waterbury-Oxford). The Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority (ACPAA), owner and operator of Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colo., is soliciting statement of qualifications and experience for architecture and engineering (A&E) services for the airport authority’s new administrative office building. The A&E team must supply all information required by the request for statements of qualifications and experience.
