An agreement has been worked out between agricultural aviation companies and the Pendleton Airport Committee that will allow the use of the northern agricultural pad at the airport. City Manager Robb Corbett says the “ag pad” had not been used for many years, but this year two companies wanted to use it. The complication was it’s a short distance from the drone pad for the Arctic Shark.
